The 78 sites of the Instituto Cervantes over the world celebrate the Day of the Spanish
language. These are some of the activities we can enjoy thanks to the collaboration of the Spanish and
Latin-American Embassies in India:
• 11:00 am Opening of the mela “Discover Spain & Latin America”, and the exhibition “Subliminal”
• 11:30 am Workshop for kids “Graffiti with stencils” by Harsh Raman
• 11:30 am Workshop for “Spanish and Latin American Cuisine” by Enrico
• 12:00 pm “The Sounds of our Language”. Readings opf poetry and tales by natives from
different Latin American countries
• 12:30 pm Cinema: “Don Quixote of La Mancha” (animation movie for children)
• 12:30 pm Learn your first words in Spanish
• 1:00 pm What’s DELE?
• 2:30 pm Luckydraw
• 4:00 pm Theatre: “Clipper” by Isaac Chrocrón, directed by César Lorente
• 5:30 pm Dance Workshop “Learn your first steps on tango” by Kiran Sawhney
• 6:30 pm Concert by Ixchel and DJ session on Latin music
