Before the Eruption

Generally, in their first years of life, human beings form friendships that tend to dissolve when people get older. This ritual of passage towards maturity provides a first moment of nostalgia, in which becoming older or an adult implies leaving behind the territory of childhood. This short film brings us closer to one of these stories. Told with the voiceover of one of the participants of a trip of five friends in the volcanic territory of the island of Lanzarote, the reflection on who Em is will reveal that the search for new identities can be elaborated from a certain melancholy, but without drama.
