7 Virgins

Synopsis Summer in a working-class and marginal neighborhood of a southern city. Tano, a teenager who is serving a sentence in a reform center, receives a 48-hour special permit to attend his brother's wedding Santacana. During the time the leave lasts, Tano reunites with his best friend, Richi, and he throws himself into living those hours with the firm intention of having fun: he gets drunk, takes drugs, steals, loves and, he fundamentally comes back to life. He feels free and exercises that freedom with all the daring of adolescence. But, as his stay outside the center goes on, Tano also attends the collapse of all his references: the neighborhood, the family, love, friendship, everything has changed. Further beyond the 48-hour permit, Tano's freedom becomes an imposed journey towards maturity.
