Víctor XX

Ian de la Rosa writes and directs while studying his last year at ESCAC his first film proposal, with which he obtained wide recognition that reached the Cannes Film Festival, where he went. De la Rosa composes with Víctor XX an intelligent and beautiful story, full of nuances, about the young Víctor and his search for identity, with its conflicts and difficulties.

Synopsis : Víctor likes to play with his gender: he doesn't know if he feels like a girl or a boy. He lives in a small fishing village in Almería with his mother and his girlfriend, although it is in the city, covered with anonymity, where he is discovered. But secrets don't last forever, so Victor will have to deal with the two women to defend the true image that the mirror gives him back.
