The Second World War is probably one of the conflicts that has best generated its own imagery through cinema. Using various genres, such as crime films, intrigues and even experimental or auteur films, a map of its complexity as a conflict has been drawn. However, the case of the cryptographers who deciphered the secret codes of both sides is a story that still had to be told: Jorge Laplace's documentary brings it closer to us, paying significant attention to the Spanish role in this subplot of the war.

Synopsis: During World War II a secret battle was fought to decipher the Nazi codes issued by the Enigma machine: a chess match between the most brilliant minds of the time whose outcome was vital for resolve the greatest war conflict of the 20th century and the fate of Europe. In this exciting fight, the role of Team D, made up of Spanish Republicans in exile, was as decisive as it was unknown.
