Sangue Latino

The Cervantes Chair at the University of Edinburgh participates in the Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival with the concert "Sangue Latino".

A celebration of the music of Brazil and Spain from two acclaimed musicians, singer Giulia Drummond and bassist Mario Caribe. Exploring the Brazilian and Spanish sonic worlds of Milton Nascimento, Mercedes Sosa, Geraldo Azevedo and Maná and Pablo Milanés, the tunes range from evocative and powerful to contemplative and languid.
