Night of Short Films by Latin-American Directors

FilmLocos comes to the Instituto Cervantes in Manchester to screen 6 short films made during the pandemic, which aim to showcase the diversity of Latin American voices in the narrative.

FilmLocos is a platform that focuses on bringing representation to the Latin American community in the UK. It was created by Three Blokes Productions, an audiovisual production that creates content for theatres, charities, and businesses. Led by Victor Rios, an Actor and a Latino himself who started creating videos for the past decade and has worked as filmmaker and theatre facilitator in the communities of London. Identifying the lack of representation of this group, he began this journey to give voice to the Latin Community in the film industry and beyond.
