Los Premios

From Valencia, Los Premios is the band founded by Pablo Silva (ex-Polock) and Borja González-Ayllón (Bob Lazy) in 2020 during the confinement months, which was completed as a sextet with the addition of Junior Laborde on bass, Victor Vila on drums, percussionist Riki Palacios, and Amadeo Moscardó on keyboards. A sharing of demos and unfinished songs was to come to light to record a first EP and design a live show. The spectrum of styles and references is very broad, without complexes or labels. There is a natural connection with the sounds of the rock/psychedelic universe, Lo-Fi Pop and the 60s and 70s counterculture, but without revival intentions. Crepuscular synthesizers, calm voices, and Afro-Cuban drums soak the atmosphere with a salty breeze.
