Fiesta en el Corazón.
September hosts one of Mexico's most important celebrations; join us to celebrate independence.
We will feature a dance showcase by Colibrí Mexican Folkdance UK, directed by choreographer Magaly Flores, who will present the most representative dances from various Mexican states. Colibrí celebrates Mexico's Independence with heart through its folklore, dressing up in style and showcasing the authentic costumes and traditional dances of the states of Jalisco, Sinaloa, Oaxaca, Veracruz, and Guerrero.
Colibrí Mexican Folkdance UK is a dance group made up of native Mexicans who represent traditional Mexican dances in the northwest of England. Proudly, they promote Mexican culture through the traditional dance of their beautiful country.
