Alex and Sergi, a young and settled couple living in Barcelona, desperately want to have a child. 

However, unexpectedly, Alex is awarded a one-year scholarship to the USA, which means they’ll have to begin a long-distance relationship with one living in Los Angeles and the other in Barcelona, and with 10,000 km between them.
