Oscar Shortlisted: Spanish Shorts of 2025

Once again, Egeda Los Angeles and the Instituto Cervantes in Los Angeles join forces to promote Spanish cinema in the world capital of entertainment. On this occasion, we dedicate a day to the screening of two Spanish short films that made it to the 2025 Oscar shortlist. Although neither film was ultimately nominated, this event is a perfect opportunity to show support for young talent and the professional effort behind productions that, like these, have proudly represented Spain on stages around the world and, in this case, also at the most important award in international cinema.
