Entrevistas callejeras
ICLAContemporary megacities are experiencing in an extreme way the phenomenon of new forms of social communication generated by the development of digitalization in contemporary societies. In the case of Los Angeles, the largest metropolitan area in the world, communication with the public requires digital formats and innovative approaches to achieve cultural dissemination potential unavailable to cultural events oriented to the traditional physical presence, without this, on the other hand, has ceased to make sense in itself. In this context, the ICLA has designed the project Street Interviews. During the month of December it explores the usage of the Spanish language among citizens, cultural interaction and the format of hybrid casual meeting, which becomes digital in its dissemination. This format is intended as a channel of information about the center, its academic and cultural offers, and as a step toward the formation of digital communities around it, through digital, face-to-face and hybrid meetings digitally conveyed through media such as social networks, online meetings, virtual visits, cultural flash mobs and many others. Presentation of the project on December 10.
