Cincuenta
Cincuenta is an outward and inward journey of two friends and colleagues, photographers, cameramen and directors to discover, recognize and honor their masters. For 50 days, the two travel across western North America in a motorhome in search of answers at a pivotal moment in their lives. The journey is enriched by the company and reflections of nine guests, who contribute their own experiences. The trip also becomes a journey destined for a profound re-encounter with nature. Over 18,000 kilometers, they visit 21 national parks in a journey that becomes a metaphor for life, from which they return transformed. The Instituto Cervantes in Los Angeles is screening the documentary Cincuenta and offers the audience the opportunity to talk with director David Olivera after the screening in a discussion moderated by Gonzalo del Puerto, head of cultural activities at the center.
