How to internationalize your project. Understanding touring models in Spain and Europe is a workshop aimed at emerging artists and creative producers who want to take their work to European performing arts circuits with greater strategic awareness. Explore how production tours and international mobility work in Spain and Europe, framing this journey as a learning curve shaped by practice, reflection, and experience. Through four online sessions, the program encourages sustained exchange over time, helping participants develop more conscious, strategic, and sustainable approaches to their projects. The program is taught in Spanish or English in four sessions of two hours each, allowing for in-depth collective exchange and continuity over time. Workshop led by Iva Horvat and Elise Garriga from Arts Republic, two of Spain's most internationally renowned performing arts managers.
