Sirât
Instituto Cervantes London is collaborating with the BFI in the latest edition of the London Film Festival, which features six Spanish films in its programme. Sirât A man (Sergi López) and his son (Bruno Núñez) arrive at a remote rave in Morocco. They are searching for Mar—their daughter and sister—who disappeared months ago at one of these endless parties. Surrounded by electronic music and a kind of freedom they do not understand, they distribute her photo again and again. They meet a group of ravers and decide to follow them to one final party in the desert, where they hope to find the missing young woman.
Spain’s official submission for the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film.
