Cervantes Week. World Book Day 2025. London
On the occasion of World Book Day, which will take place on Wednesday 23 April, the Instituto Cervantes in London is organising a programme of activities from the library and culture departments:
- Gymkhana* on Cervantes, Don Quixote and World Book Day *(for students from registered schools)
- Photocall of Don Quixote: enjoy taking photos with some of the characters from this universal novel.
- We give away books and roses (one per person while stocks last).
- 20% discount on yearly library membership throughout the week (for new members, card renewals and for students who want to enjoy the library's resources for a whole year).
- Storytelling of ‘Don Quixote for the little ones’ on the 26th April at 11 am.
- Bibliographic exhibition ‘Spanish connections from the 16th to the 17th century in the Middle Temple Library’.
- Talk about the exhibition with Alexander Samson from UCL and Ana Saez from the University of Valladolid.
