Ellas Flamenco - Queralt Lahoz

Instituto Cervantes is collaborating in the twentieth edition of the Flamenco Festival to be held from 27 May to 8 June 2025, with an exceptional programme in venues such as Sadler's Wells Theatre, Lilian Baylis Studio, Sadler's Wells East, Kings Place and Jazz Café. In this edition, the festival will feature 17 companies and a total of 25 performances by some of the most important artists on the current flamenco scene, both in dance and in vocals and guitar. The young Catalan artist with Andalusian roots, Queralt Lahoz, will offer an intimate acoustic performance of her hits and will present the songs from her second album, to be released at the beginning of April. This show strips the powerful sounds of Lahoz's music down to its raw essence, offering a fresh and personal interpretation of the album's deeply emotional tracks. Queraltz Lahoz's captivating voice and masterful acoustic arrangements, steeped in the rich heritage of flamenco and its contemporary influences, create an introspective and electrifying atmosphere.
