Autobiographical comics by Spanish and Latin American women "Excuse me, I'm speaking"

We will analyse what autobiographical comics are and how they can give a voice to different women in the Hispanicworld, through a virtual visit to this artistic project. We will discover what messages they want to convey, what unifies them and what differentiates them. The women share their testimonies and experiences through images and words; they do so with boldness, creativity and intelligence. They seek vindication and visibility in a more diverse and egalitarian environment. We will also explore other examples of equally innovative artistic activities by women.
