Flamenco Festival 2015: Movement & Image

Flamenco and Photography are the two artistic disciplines that inspire and merge in this workshop imparted by Olga Pericet and
Paco Villalta. Pericet, whose work spans from traditional flamenco to contemporary and classical dance, will direct the movement part, while contemporary dancer and photographer Paco Villalta will guide the students along the photographic aspect of the workshop. Movement and image lead this creative approach to flamenco, where students follow open guidelines and get inspired by pictures taken during the workshop. On the final day, the work that has been created along with the pictures that inspired it, will be presented to the audience in the Lilian Baylis Studio. Class is limited to 25 students (professional or advanced students on contemporary or flamenco dance and actors with knowledge on the movement.
