La vivienda imposible para los jóvenes: los precios suben el doble que sus salarios
In the December edition of the conversation club at Instituto Cervantes London, we will discuss the growing crisis of unaffordable housing for young people, in which rental and sale prices are rising much faster than wages, and analyse the causes, including property speculation, lack of affordable housing and stagnant wages. We will also discuss possible solutions, such as public policies that regulate rents, encourage the construction of affordable housing and improve job stability for young people. The aim is to reflect on the consequences of this crisis and explore options for improving access to housing in the future. We hope to provide an interesting discussion on a problem that affects many young people today.
