In this month’s Conversation Club, we will discuss the world of digital comics and virtual storytelling, focusing on how these formats reflect diversity in skin, gender, and accent in contemporary society. We will discuss how comic creation has evolved with technology and how new voices and perspectives are gaining visibility in this medium.
We’ll look at examples of comics that challenge stereotypes, celebrate multiculturalism, and address issues of identity, inclusion, and representation. We will also reflect on the impact of virtual storytelling on the way we consume and share stories today.
