On the eve of a special gathering,  the family ties are face  with an unstable   feeling  as the main member is no longer there. Uncle Manuel, a remarkable man, is determinate to help his adolescent nephews and support his brother in law, an unemployed unionist. Mother’s home is the gathering place,  where the  family, amid lost dreams, is in danger of disintegrating..
