El inconveniente (One Careful Owner)

Sara (Juana Acosta) is offered to buy the perfect house: spacious, very bright and extremely cheap. She only has a small "drawback": Lola (Kiti Mánver), the seventy-year-old current owner of her, will live in it until she dies. Even so, Sara thinks it is a good deal and decides to buy, waiting for the fatal event.
