Instituto Cervantes, in collaboration with the UNAM London Centre, presents the second selection of short films made by students from Mexico’s National School of Cinematic Arts. This showcase is celebrating its 28th edition, and in the heart of London we will present a selection of eight fiction and documentary short films. After the screening, some of the directors will take part in an online discussion. (Names to be confirmed). Synopsis: An evocative and sensory documentary in which images and sounds guide the viewer through the life of Rosa Elvia, a Mexican woman who lost her sight following an ophthalmic illness. Memory and perception intertwine to reconstruct her experience of the world beyond vision.
