Decorado
Instituto Cervantes London is collaborating with the BFI in the latest edition of the London Film Festival, which features six Spanish films in its programme. Decorado Arnold is a middle-aged mouse caught in an existential crisis. His marriage is falling apart, his life feels absurd, and he begins to suspect that everything around him is a grand illusion. When his best friend dies under suspicious circumstances, Arnold becomes convinced that something isn’t right. What starts as everyday paranoia turns into a desperate escape in search of something that resembles, even slightly, freedom. A feature-length adaptation of Alberto Vázquez’s acclaimed 2016 short film of the same name.
