The library at Instituto Cervantes London is collaborating for another year with the London Spanish Book & Zine Fair. Join us and Andrea Holland to discover the power of words, imagination and creativity in this theatrical storytelling session for children in which she will read Mercedes Pinto: la escritora que abrió ventanas de colores, written by Alicia Llarena and illustrated by Luisa Rivera, and Totó y el poder de la autoestima, written by Teresa Martini and illustrated by Natalia Sarmiento. Through theatrical games, audience interaction and symbolic objects, kids will explore values such as equality, a love of reading and writing, and the importance of dreaming of bright future full of possibilities.

At the end of the storytelling, participants will have the chance to create and share their own magic word, opening the door to a world of new stories.
