Federico García Lorca Memorial Concert

Ricardo Gosalbo, Professor of Singing at the Guidhall School of Music & Drama in London, presents a concert of songs in tribute to the Spanish poet, playwright and theatre director Federico García Lorca to commemorate the 125th anniversary of his birth. This concert is performed by the students of this discipline of this world-class educational centre and includes in its programme works by Federico himself, Julián Bautista, Frederic Mompou, Silvestre Revueltas, Fernando Obrador, Francis Poulenc, Xavier Montsalvatge and Mario Catelnuovo-Tedesco, all 20th century composers.
