Babasónicos

Instituto Cervantes London is collaborating with the Como No organisation with a concert by Babasónicos, one of Argentina's most iconic bands, who return to Europe with their fusion of rock, pop and Latin electronic music in October. Known for redefining the sound of Latin rock since 1991, Babasónicos are renowned for their unique style and constant innovation. The band has released 13 albums, including Jessico and the critically acclaimed Trinchera Avanzada, which garnered multiple Latin Grammy and Gardel Award nominations. Tracks such as ‘La Pregunta’, named the best Argentine rock song of the 21st century by Rolling Stone, demonstrate their impact and creativity. Having performed at iconic festivals such as Coachella, Vive Latino and Lollapalooza, and after a historic sold-out concert for 55,000 fans in Buenos Aires in 2023, Babasónicos will perform at KOKO on 14 October 2025.
