The work that families do in recognition and to support children who have doubts about their sexual identity is one of the awareness-raising roles that is raised with the story of a grandmother who fights hard for her granddaughter to become just that: a girl.Synopsis: Yo soy una niña aims to make visible the reality of transsexuality in childhood and to highlight the importance of grandparents. It is a dialogue of complicity, misunderstandings and conflicts that overcomes all; the unconditional love that respects, supports and comes to terms with the process of sexual identity from the very first moment for a ten-year-old girl.
