Even the rain

In 2000 Sebastian and Costa decide to make a film about Christopher Columbus and the discovery of America. Whist Sebastian, the director, wants to show an ambitious and unscrupulously image of the main character, Costa, the producer, is worried about the low budget they have for the film. That is why he chose Bolivia to film it, because is one of the poorest countries in Latin America.

The film is shot in Cochabamba, a place where the water has been privatized and sold to a multinational enterprise. For that reason, the population of the area reacts and starts the famous Bolivian Water War.
