The Fourth Kingdom. The Kingdom of Plastics

Many times, the cinema helps to immerse oneself in places that are very close, but which we would never reach by foot. The Fourth Kingdom introduces us to a place of these characteristics in New York. "Sure We Can" is a plastic collection plant, founded by the Basque nun Ana Martínez, where it is intended that homeless people come to exchange the waste they have collected for a few dollars. The documentary is carried out by René, narrator of the life that happens within this fascinating space of denunciation of the consumerism that we live without conscience. René's life passes the days that follow each other through the different seasons in this space, despite everything, beautiful and full of hope.
