Join a world of flavours, cultural influences, and enjoyment. This event is led by the owners of the acclaimed restaurant Tango Street Food and authors of the book Tango (Blasta Books), Facundo Rodulfo and Pam Neumann. 


Facundo and Pam, originally from Argentina, will share their exciting culinary and personal journey, from their roots to the success of their restaurant in Killarney. Discover how they have managed to capture the essence of Argentinian street food and bring it to Ireland in a project that is both a gastronomic adventure and a reflection of their life story. 

In this talk, guided by gastronomic expert Blanca Valencia, we will explore how food becomes a bridge between cultures and a universal language that speaks of identity, tradition, and community.
