Taba el juego en la mesa

In this short film, the internationally-renowned Mugaritz restaurant, based in San Sebastian in northern Spain takes centre stage. Chef Andoni Luis Aduriz, along with the Fura dels Baus theatre group combine food with performance art. The ‘table game’ played with knuckle bones is inspired by the desire to honour artisan produce, in this case, Japanese porcelain, the mother of European porcelain, first introduced in Germany by the Dutch West India Company. Only the winner of the ‘table game’ will get to taste the star dish.
