The story unfolds within the walls of a particular Complaints Office, a place outside of time, where people give out about their problems. In the elegant office, two employees are seated at a desk with documents and files piling up, trying to find the solutions for their customers’ absurd problems. Unusual sources of inspiration are a goldfish and a rabbit.
