Mugaritz B.S.O.

Mugaritz B.S.O. is a music and gastronomy collaboration between award-winning Basque chef Andoni Luis Aduriz and composer Felipe Ugarte.  Mugaritz, located in San Sebastian, northern Spain, has two Michelin stars and is regarded as one of the country’s leading restaurants. The musical score written for the project by Ugarte and the culinary innovation of Aduriz are designed to complement one another and show how similar the creative processes behind both can be from inception through to completion.
