Los hongos

Roberto is a construction worker during the day and a graffiti artist at night in his quarter’s streets in Cali. His mum sees his art and his lack of sleep as a result of some black magic that is going to drive him insane. His neighbors aren’t all that keen of his art either. After being fired (due to his stealing paint from the construction site) Roberto decides to focus in his artistic interests and design a mural with Eduardo, another young graffiti artist who studies Fine Arts. In their wondering around, leaving their trail all over the city walls, they get in touch with some veterans of the graffiti in Cali to produce a great collaborative mural in which to express their concerns about current affairs at the time such as the Arab Spring.
