The essence of this documentary is education as an engine for social change. The film portrays 1931 Republican Spain against the background of Education. It deals with this theme through interviews and archive footage. It was filmed in 2013 and directed by Pilar Pérez Solano. The documentary portrays the lives of female teachers at the time, brave and committed women who fought for the rights of women and the modernization of the education system, based on the principles of a democratic free education.
