The Reconquest

Manuela and Olmo meet up as they promised each other as high school sweethearts, fifteen years ago now. From that romantic premise The Reconquest becomes a search for time and our perception of the passing of time: about the lost and recovered moments. It reflects on the things we remember but we also forget about ourselves; it talks of words, gestures and feelings we are faithful to, because they define and question who we are in the present, past and future time.
