The Exterminating Angel

A film by Spanish director Luis Buñuel from his period working in Mexico. After their dinner at the Nóbile mansion, a group of bourgeois discover they cannot leave the place due to some inexplicable reason. After days have passed, the general courtesy showed by all guests transforms into the most primitive survival instinct. This film is a clear example of why Buñuel's work always deserves multiple viewings to delve into its many interpretations.
