Deconstruyendo a Dani García
Dani García, is one of Spain’s best-known chefs. Despite winning international acclaim, he remains firmly rooted within the traditions and ingredients of his native Andalusia. His path to success has however, been anything but straightforward. After the closures of restaurants in Marbella and New York, García found himself without a kitchen in early 2014. This film examines the path which García chose when at that crossroads, and which led to two restaurants in Marbella – Restaurante Dani García and Bibo Marbella- and a new venture in Madrid (Bibo Madrid), which will open in 2016.
