Theatre Club Cervantes Dublin: Comedy

We begin the year with a new theater season in which students will continue to explore the dramatic art of comedy, this time focusing on improvisation, the creation and development of characters (physical composition of the characters) and the relationships between them, the management of stage space, the relationship with objects and the construction of imaginary spaces, as well as active listening and teamwork, and action and reaction. Based on texts, participants will explore the function of comedy and will examine the humorous procedures and mechanisms proposed by the authors in the situations, stage space, characters and language.
