Iria and Satya arrive in a small town in Seville with the mission of establishing intergalactic contact between Uranus and Earth. The mission requires them to find a spokesperson to whom they will deliver the Delta-Tig Zero communication sphere. Along their journey, they discover that our planet is not quite as their research had suggested.
