With false autobiographical allusions and realities and real turned into fiction, Jarrín gives us an unusual and perhaps strange novel in our regional lyrics: a detective novel. The crimes committed during the Feria de Cali, however unusual they may seem, are nothing but the author's pretext for stinging the tip of the tongue with certain political, cultural, literary, philosophical, social issues of our city - and of Colombia - that we should take up the discussion again, at least that's what Jarrin says.
