Jupía

After the disappearance of his wife and daughter, Tomás García, a skeptical police investigator, enters a state of depression in which he has visions of his missing wife. In these visions she indicates a place, a geriatric home on the outskirts of the city where he will find the answer to the disappearance of his family and liberate the place of an ancient Taino curse.

JUPÍA is a mystery / dark fantasy film inspired by the Taino legends of the Caribbean region and how these myths influence our present in unexpected ways.
