El Reality
Rodrigo Triana, winner of the Audience Award at the 23rd edition of the Chicago Latino Film Festival in 2007 for his comedy "Soñar no cuesta nada," returns with this gracious satire of talent "realities" like "The Voice" and " American Idol". Son of a privileged family, Camilo discovers his passion for singing and pop music while studying abroad. However, he knows that it will be difficult to convince his family that he wants to pursue a career in the music industry. He and a friend come up with a plan: to audition in the most popular talent show in Colombia, Camilo will pretend to be blind and poor and for that he will hire a humble and charming family to pass it off as his own. But life is not a reality show. Reception 6:00 pm Screening: 7:00 pm
