Disconnected

Diego Rougier’s ("Alma", "Sal") new film centers on Victoria, a 42-year-old mother, who grapples with a severe social media and internet addiction that has significantly disconnected her from her two teenage children. As a programmer living apart from her family and on the verge of landing her dream job, she suddenly finds herself isolated when a solar storm plunges the planet into an indefinite technological blackout. Disoriented, she must survive without the internet and learn to reconnect with her children.
