Basil Cosmos, sherry educator. Born here in the Chicagoland area, first generation from Greek parents who came in the late 1950’s. Graduate from the University of Illinois Chicago, liberal Arts degree. First job out of college was working for a Wine & Spirits distributer and never left the industry. I have been with Gonzalez Byass for the past 2 plus years handling sales in the Midwest and east coast chains.
