On the Front Line: Encounter with Carles Gené
Producer Carles Gené will share his professional experience in the audiovisual sector, reflecting on his early days as a photojournalist in the Middle East in 1982.Gené began his career as a reporter in conflict zones. Over time, he shifted his professional focus to television and audiovisual production. He has served as Head of Sports Production at TV3, collaborated with Mediapro, and produced iconic television programmes such as Polònia, Crackòvia, and Gran Nord. He also took part in the creation of the audiovisual department of the newspaper El Nacional and currently writes the section Photo of the Week for LFmagazine.photo. He is currently the director of the production company Mainera TV.
