The broken wing

Last year we read in the Club The art of flying. Now, we will read The broken wing. This graphic novel is the other side of The Art of Flying (2010 National Comic Prize) These two works form a diptych where the authors, Antonio Altarriba and Kim, review the twentieth-century Spanish political history - the fall of the monarchy, the second republic, the civil war, Franco's dictatorship, exile, World War II and the return of exile- through the experiences of its two protagonists.
