In this session, we dive into the world of graphic novels to explore five works that transform well-known books into vibrant visual adaptations. We will look at how stories such as «Caperucita en Manhattan», «La guerra de los mundos», «El infinito en un junco», «Don Quijote de la Mancha», «La guerra de los mundos» and «Fariña : la novela gráfica» are reimagined in graphic format, and how this shift changes the way we read and interpret them.

We will discuss the connection between text and illustration, the balance between fidelity and reinvention, and the narrative possibilities of the comic medium. It is an ideal opportunity to explore how a story evolves when it moves from traditional prose into visual storytelling.
